No, MISRA C:2004 Permits is not (directly) applicable to MISRA C:2012.
However, many could be readily adapted to work with 2012.
The MISRA C Working Group has commenced an activity to review the Permits and their applicability for MISRA C:2012, and are open to suggestions for Permits that may be useful inclusions in that set.
