Seems your upgrade of phpBB has erased rss support (Smartfeed), was this intended?

Oh dear!
I'm sorry - that was unforeseen, and the bad news is that the smartfeed add on has not yet been rewritten to work with this version of PHPBB.
As a workaround, there is an ATOM feed. ~You need to point to http://www.misra.org.uk/forum/feed.php which will serve out the new items. It's not as nice as smartfeed; if I can work out how to make smartfeed install, I will do so.
