MISRA does not define any specific code metrics. Indeed, during the work that led to the publication of the 1994 MISRA Guidelines, the subject of metrics was a specific study topic although it was found that the existing practices and state-of-the-art at the time did not need any specific augmentation for automotive purposes. You can read the results of this study in MISRA Report 5, available from the webstore. More recently it should be noted that some safety-related systems standards, e.g. IEC 61508 edition 2, do have some specific metric requirements, particularly for test coverage.
