You could ask on the mebedded News group comp.arch.embedded and similar groups for the nuclear and aerospace industry.
The other method (a bit more dangerous :-) is to ask the tool vendors with MISRA-C checkers if they can give any help. they are usually only too pleased to show you their long lists of happy and contented customers. However they will all try to sell you their tool (because it is the best :-)
