Hello,
I want to use the Exemplar Suite for the validation of a static code analyzer. Is it allowed to use copies of some of the files in my validation documentation? The documentation is only for internal use.

You are free to use the code examples in your own internal documentation provided the documentation is not shared with an external party. If you need to share your documentation externally, then you would need a license to use the code examples in this context.

Also please note that the Exemplar Suite is just that - a set of code examples showing examples of conforming and non-conforming code. It is not intended to be a tool validation suite. The examples it contains may be useful in validation but their primary purpose is to illustrate the rules, not to validate tools.
