Words in Rule 21.1 and 21.2
#1
Rule 21.1 #define and #undef shall not be used on a reserved identifier or reserved macro name
Rule 21.2 A reserved identifier or macro name shall not be declared

" reserved macro name " or "macro name".

Do you choose the usage of either?

I expect a normalization of the words in the standard document.

This is a typographical error in the document.

Both headlines should refer to "reserved macro name"
